Terms and Conditions

 

Delivery Policy

For all items purchased from our online store, we offer Tracked 48 Delivery with Royal Mail to the UK as standard.

The charge for this service is £3.95.

As an additional option if you live close to us you can choose our free collection service.

PLEASE WAIT for a collection ready email before making the journey to collect your order.

 Order Processing Times

Items that are NOT 'Made to Order' are packed and posted out within 5 working days AFTER the date of your order.

For handmade 'Made to Order' items, expect to wait up to 14 working days for luxury glass baubles and wreaths and up to 21 working days for floral letters for your item to be dispatched.

 

We currently do not post outside of the UK.

 

Returns Policy

For NON-HANDMADE items purchased from our online store, we guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a perfect saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued via your original method of payment. Non-faulty items can be returned at your own expense, only the cost of the item will be refunded, (not the cost of postage ).

 

Items we do not refund

All handmade and bespoke items, bulbs and plants are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

If you have a legitimate fault or issue with any of our products within these categories please contact us for advice and assistance; we are happy to help.

 

Returns

To return your item, contact us via our website using the contact us link where we will allocate you a returns code. Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply you with a tracking reference number to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.

 

The refund will be processed once your goods are received by us. Please note that it may take up to 14 working days for the refunds to show in your account. Each item returned is refunded separately, and will show on your statement as a refund/credit. You will be refunded onto the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact us with your order number, postcode and new card details.

 

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you (the consumer) have a period of 14 working days within which to cancel your purchase.  You, 'the consumer' are responsible for any costs of returning goods. 

 

The consumer is entitled to a full refund, including the cost of delivery (both ways if applicable), for any goods that are returned because of a fault or defect.

 

The cancellation rights do not apply to:

Customised items/Handmade items/Plants/Bulbs

Sale items are non-refundable. Full descriptions will be given on all sale items.
